Canadian PR Society (CPRS)
Sarah Hanel is the President of the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and has served on its Board of Directors since 2014, working to drive membership growth and satisfaction while helping to advance the profession of public relations. In her professional capacity, Sarah is responsible for global public relations for VASCO, which delivers trusted identities, devices and transactions in the digital world, and has spent most of her nearly 15 years in public relations focused on the technology sector.
Sarah has her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from CPRS, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Leadership from Royal Roads University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Public Relations Certificate (PR Cert.), both from the University of Victoria.
